Ordering Options

The easiest way to place your order is online using our friendly shopping cart program and paying on our secure credit card connection. However, if that is not an option, you may either fax or mail your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before the item has been shipped and all charges will be reversed. If the item has already been shipped, please follow the instructions in our Returns Policy section.

Payments

All prices are reflected in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

If you choose to mail a personal check with your order, please be advised that your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank.

Shipping

The majority of items will be shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx. Smaller, lighter items will be mailed by US Postal Service. Shipping costs will be added to your order total unless a product is designated “free freight”. Shipments are limited to physical street addresses only – no PO boxes. Allow 10-12 working days for ground delivery.

For expedited shipping (next day, 2-day, or 3-day), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse to accept an order that is being delivered to you by UPS, FedEx or RPS, it will be returned to its origin. Refused orders will be accessed a $10.00 processing fee, the shipping cost, and possibly a restocking fee.

Return Policy - Not Warranty or Shipping Error

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email. Return requests will only be accepted via email. By return email, you will receive your RMA and an address where to send the product. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Once the item has been received, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the item less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If free freight was given with the original order, the actual shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.

All credits will be paid by REO Company check within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

Return Policy – Shipping Error

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, please follow the return instructions above regarding RMA and shipping address. If we made an error in processing your order, we will replace the item with the correct one with no additional charges, including freight.

NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN THAT IS NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, HAS BEEN DAMAGED, OR IS NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PACKAGE THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.

Undeliverable Shipment

If an item is shipped to you and three unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver the order, it will be returned to the place of origin. You may choose to have the order reshipped or cancelled. If cancelled, you will be charged for shipping. If reshipped, you will be charged both shipping charges.
